I noticed a few weeks back VT fell from 3rd to 11th in the national ....

.... rankings. I assume those rankings are based purely on posted results during the season, right? So the VT drop-off would be due to other teams putting up numbers/times as the season progressed as opposed to anything VT did or didn't do. Is that a correct interpretation?
